Michele Hofherr
Having started her professional career as a talent agent, working in both in New York and Los Angeles, Michele's move into
photography has evolved somewhat backwards yet organic manner.
After leveraging her agent skills into various stints in repping, casting, and studio management, she finally, ten years ago,
decided it was time to pursue her true passion, behind the camera, and break out on her own. That pursuit has allowed her to
move fluidly from natural black & white portraiture of children and families into the more rigorous worlds of editorial and
commercial work, with the single goal of capturing the true essence of people and places at their most natural and beautiful.
When not shooting images for her diverse clientele, Michele spends her time with her husband Matt and eight-year-old daughter,
enjoying life in the San Francisco Bay Area.
