JumpDrive Trio FAQs

Q: Do I need to do anything special if I want to remove a card from the Trio when it's plugged into a Windows 2000 or Me operating system?
A: Windows 2000 and Me require customers to use the eject icon on the Windows tray before removing the Trio from the computer, or a card from the Trio when the Trio is connected to the computer.
   
Q: Can I use JumpDrive Trio in the keyboard USB port of my Macintosh computer?
A: JumpDrive Trio needs to be plugged into a USB hub or directly into the Macintosh computer. If you plug the JumpDrive Trio, you may receive an error message stating enough power is not available.
